- Subscription details and transaction receipts from the App Store

- Messages you send to your AI companion

These are processed to generate AI responses and improve your personalized experience.
c. Usage & Analytics Data
- App usage metrics, in-app actions, and crash reports
- Device type, operating system, and language settings
d. Optional Profile Information
- Display name or nickname
- AI partner preferences or traits you choose
These help personalize your experience and are stored securely.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:
- Operate and improve OnDate’s features
- Personalize chat and partner experiences
- Send app updates, reminders, or notifications (optional)

3. Payments & Subscriptions
OnDate offers optional premium subscriptions that unlock additional features and enhanced experiences within the app.
All payments are processed securely through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. We do not collect or store your payment card details.
Subscription Plans
Premium subscriptions may be offered on a weekly, monthly, 6-month, or yearly basis. Prices may vary by region and are clearly displayed before purchase.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing or Cancelling Subscriptions
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device:
Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.
Free vs Premium Access
OnDate can be used with limited functionality for free.
Premium subscriptions provide benefits such as unlimited chats, access to all personalities, and deeper, more personalized conversations.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s refund policies. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly.
Price Changes
If the subscription price changes, you will be notified in advance and asked to agree to the new price before it takes effect.
4. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data.
We only share limited information in these cases:
- Service providers: cloud hosting, analytics, and crash reporting partners who process data securely.
- Apple (App Store): for in-app purchases and subscription management.
- Legal reasons: if required by law, subpoena, or valid government request.
5. AI Conversations & Model Training
We may use anonymized chat data to improve AI accuracy and conversational quality.
Personal identifiers are removed before use.
You can request to opt out of data use for improvement anytime by contacting us at privacy@ondate.info.
6. Data Retention
We keep your data for as long as necessary to provide our services.
If you delete your account or request removal, we erase associated data within 30 days unless required by law.

You have the right to:
